5 Levels of Adjustment

You have 5 levels of adjustment for leg length, you choose the one that gives you the proper resistance you need to prevent you from stretching out the leg. Over time you will get better and faster at pulling the leg up under the body. The green tubing provides less resistance then the red tubing. Start out with the green tubing, then progress to the red. Yellow Tubing has the least resistance for longer distances or for runners with excellent technique, who just want a reminder to pull leg off ground.
